Family Seaside Trip to Shoeburyness

We took a year's break for the family trip in 2019 but we are hoping to arrange something for Summer 2020.

The 2018 family trip was again to Shoeburyness and as the pictures show took place in brilliant sunshine. Although the tide was in this year we were still able to swim in the sea and play and picnic on the cliff top.
After three successful years at Victoria Park, for 2017 we decided to go further afield. Thanks to fantastic organising by Sharron and the excellent service offered by C2C trains, we set off for Shoeburyness on the Essex coast.  The weather was kind, and the tide was out, allowing us to enjoy splashing around in the tidal pool, hunting for crabs and shellfish in the rock pools and then take lunch on the grass cliffs before heading back to London.
Pictures from last year's trip to Victoria Park can be seen below.
